About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for a Lecturer position within its Business School. The appointment can be made in any of the following departments: Management and Human Resources, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the assigned department.
• Supervise student projects, theses, and research activities.
• Conduct scholarly research and publish findings in reputable journals.
• Participate in community service and outreach initiatives.
• Contribute to faculty development and academic governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a field relevant to the chosen department.
• Strong academic record with evidence of research productivity.
• Three referees with contact details for verification.
• Ability to engage in teaching, research, and service duties typical of a public university lecturer.
