Legal Pupillage Programme – 2026/2027

About the role

ENS, Africa’s largest law firm, is launching its Pupillage Programme for 2026/2027 at its Ghana office. The successful candidate will begin in December 2026 and will receive on‑the‑job training while working on complex, high‑value legal matters under the guidance of senior lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys on cutting‑edge legal, tax, forensics and intellectual property matters.
• Participate in a comprehensive induction covering technical, social and interpersonal skills.
• Travel to South Africa for part of the induction (passport required).
• Engage in continuous development through exposure to high‑quality cases and group training.
• Utilise the firm’s fully resourced library (Infohub) and receive mentorship to transition from university to professional practice.

Required profile

• Learning agility, ability to perform under pressure, strong planning and time‑management.
• Excellent academic record with a Senior Secondary School Certificate.
• Completed or ongoing Bachelor of Laws (LLB); LLM is advantageous.
• Enrollment or completion of the Ghana School of Law (GSL).
• Key competencies: accuracy, results orientation, analytical thinking, verbal and written communication, teamwork.
