Marketing Associate – Social Media & Graphic Design

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Marketing Associate who will drive our social media presence and create eye‑catching graphics to showcase our tile, granite and sanitary ware products. Based on‑site in Accra, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to boost brand awareness and support promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across digital channels.
• Design marketing materials, including flyers, banners, promotional graphics, and social media creatives.
• Develop content that showcases products, showroom displays, promotions, and projects.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to support brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Track content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong graphic design skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Passion for marketing and content creation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic photography skills.
• Basic video editing skills.
