About the role
Lapaz Community Hospital in Accra is seeking experienced medical doctors to join its clinical team. The successful candidates will provide high-quality patient care, support hospital services and uphold professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive medical assessment, diagnosis and treatment to patients across various specialties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with hospital policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in on-call rotations, emergency response and hospital rounds.
- Ensure compliance with the Ghana Medical and Dental Council regulations and hospital protocols.
Required profile
- Hold an MB ChB or equivalent medical qualification.
- Minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience as a medical doctor.
- Registered and in good standing with the Ghana Medical and Dental Council.
- Strong commitment to ethical medical practice and continuous professional development.
