About the role

Suma Rural Bank PLC is seeking qualified Microfinance Officers to strengthen its presence in rural Ghana. The position is based in Suma-Ahenkro and focuses on delivering micro‑finance services to the local community. Successful candidates will contribute to the bank’s mission of promoting financial inclusion in underserved areas.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing or a related discipline (preferred).
Level 3 professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ACIB, ICSA or CIM (UK).
Relevant experience in rural or community banking is highly considered.
