Mortgage Banker

About the role

Eastpak Distributers is seeking a full‑time Mortgage Banker to join its Ho branch. You will work directly with clients, guiding them through mortgage options and the complete loan application process while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client financial needs and explain mortgage products.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and prepare loan documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriting, compliance, and other internal teams.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective borrowers and follow up on leads.
• Provide regular updates to clients throughout the mortgage process.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending, origination, processing, and compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with residential mortgages, preferably in a banking environment.
• Understanding of loans, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to explain complex financial products.
• Relevant education in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
