National Service Personnel – Student Support Role

About the role

The National Service Personnel will join Enlace Education Services in Accra to support daily operations that help students and families navigate educational pathways. Working on‑site full‑time, you will facilitate learning sessions, guide students through mentorship programmes, and assist with enrolment onto the Educational Support Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom‑style learning sessions and provide on‑the‑spot assistance to students.
• Enroll learners onto Enlace’s Educational Support Plan and explain program benefits.
• Respond to inquiries from students and families, providing clear information about services.
• Support coordination of mentorship programmes, educational tours, scholarship activities and related events.
• Prepare basic learning materials, draft reports, manage email communications and update content as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and ensure documentation is up‑to‑date.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills
