National Service Program – Graduate Placement

About the role

Telecel Ghana is offering a National Service Program for fresh graduates to gain hands‑on experience in the telecommunications sector. Participants will support daily operations, contribute to projects and develop professional skills while working on real initiatives that shape Ghana’s telecom landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day operations of the assigned department.
• Support ongoing projects through research, data analysis, reporting and administrative coordination.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
• Provide fresh perspectives and proactive, solution‑oriented ideas.
• Uphold Telecel Ghana’s core values of Integrity, Care, Agility, Collaboration and Innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science/IT, Communications or a related field.
• Eligible for Ghana National Service (2026–2027).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, adaptability and a strong desire to learn.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
