Office Driver

About the role

A reputable company in the manufacturing and warehousing sector is looking for an office driver based in Accra. The driver transports company staff and authorised personnel to their destinations and supports official errands, document deliveries and other transportation assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Transport company staff and authorised personnel to designated locations.
• Support official errands, document deliveries and other transportation assignments.
• Maintain company vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain accurate vehicle movement and fuel records.
• Observe traffic regulations and company transportation policies.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling company assignments.

Required profile

• Valid Ghanaian driving licence, categories A and B.
• Previous experience as an office or company driver is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Accra, Tema and surrounding road networks.
• Punctual, trustworthy, disciplined and professional.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage assigned schedules.
