Omnichannel Commercial Manager

About the role

equatori01 is looking for a commercially driven Omnichannel Commercial Manager to lead the development and deployment of omnichannel commercial capabilities across the WAC region. The role sits at the intersection of sales, technology and operations, turning digital channels into a growth engine while integrating them with traditional Route-to-Market models.

Key responsibilities

• Help define and evolve the omnichannel commercial strategy and build a roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Integrate digital channels with existing Route-to-Market models
• Deploy and drive adoption of digital commercial solutions such as eB2B / Super App platforms, telesales channels, WhatsApp ordering, marketplaces, and CRM and SFA tools
• Define and monitor omnichannel KPIs and use data analytics to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
• Support capability building, coordinate customer activation campaigns and promotions, and turn customer feedback into improvements
• Oversee day-to-day platform performance, work with internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensure a consistent customer experience

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Commercial, Omnichannel, CRM/SFA, Digital Commerce or related fields
• Strong FMCG or consumer goods experience preferred
• Solid understanding of Route-to-Market and field sales operations
• Track record managing cross-functional transformation projects and influencing stakeholders across commercial and technology environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; fluent English; French, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
