About the role

Upskills Global is seeking a part‑time, remote Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch and optimise multi‑channel online campaigns that drive client acquisition and boost brand visibility. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards while delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage social media profiles, create and schedule content, and monitor audience engagement.
• Respond to audience interactions in a professional manner.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using web analytics tools.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align messaging with brand guidelines.
• Support lead‑generation initiatives and stay current on digital trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong digital and online marketing expertise with experience in multi‑channel campaign planning.
• Hands‑on experience in social media marketing, content scheduling and community management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities for remote part‑time work.
• Prior experience in an agency or multi‑client environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
