Parts Sales & Service Representative – Ghana

About the role
Sandvik is looking for a proactive Parts Sales and Service Representative to build and maintain strong relationships with both Anglophone and Francophone customers in Ghana. You will work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to maximise parts and service revenue while identifying growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the total potential for parts and services for each customer.
- Train and coach internal and external personnel on Sandvik parts planning and ordering.
- Facilitate customers’ selection and ordering of parts.
- Evaluate equipment performance and reliability through parts availability and service effectiveness to reduce customer operational costs.
- Develop and execute sales and service plans for designated accounts or territories.
- Strengthen customer loyalty to Sandvik brands.
- Liaise between customers and Sandvik to ensure timely settlement of warranty claims.
- Assess technical issues with Sandvik products and prepare necessary documentation.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer relationship building.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
- Collaborative mindset to work with internal sales and marketing teams.
- Capacity to operate across diverse markets and deliver high‑quality service.
