About the role

As a Van Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling, delivering and promoting Shalina Healthcare pharmaceutical products to pharmacies and healthcare providers in Kumasi. You will manage existing customer relationships, seek new sales opportunities and ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

Key responsibilities

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to existing and new customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Deliver products according to the scheduled route and maintain proper stock levels at customer locations.
Handle cash sales, invoices and ensure timely deposits when required.
Maintain accurate sales records, invoices and delivery reports, and provide regular sales reports to management.
Analyse sales performance and recommend growth strategies.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
1‑3 years of experience working with pharmaceutical products.
