About the role
Derora Jewelry is looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Associate to join its boutique team in Kumasi. You will provide warm, professional assistance to clients, helping them discover and purchase fine jewelry while maintaining a polished store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to clients during boutique visits.
- Answer product inquiries and guide purchasing decisions.
- Maintain immaculate boutique display organization and careful handling of fine jewelry.
- Conduct daily transactions and consultations with strong communication and attention to detail.
- Foster a welcoming, positive, and solution‑oriented presence in the sales environment.
Required profile
- Education: Degree, Diploma, or SHS graduate.
- Background: 1–2 years of working experience in any field.
- Sales knowledge: No prior sales experience required; full guidance provided.
- Core competencies: Strong organization, communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude.
