Rising Academies is seeking dedicated teachers to join its network of low‑fee private schools in Ghana. You will be part of a fast‑growing, B‑Corp certified education organization that aims to deliver high‑quality learning experiences to underserved children.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, standards‑based lessons using advanced teaching and learning methods.
• Utilise curriculum materials and data‑driven tools to monitor and improve student progress.
• Participate in intensive teacher coaching sessions and collaborative planning with school leaders.
• Maintain a safe, supportive classroom environment in line with the organisation’s Child Protection Policy.
