Physiotherapist – Home & Clinical Care

About the role

Fidelity Healthcare Services is seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering personalized physiotherapy services to patients in both home and clinical environments, helping them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve overall function.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for diverse patient groups.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Provide rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurological, post‑operative, geriatric and home‑care patients.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals to ensure quality care.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional license to practice.
• Previous experience in clinical or home‑health settings (advantageous).
• Strong assessment and rehabilitation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and compassion.
