Preschool Coordinator – Early Childhood Education

About the role
The Preschool Coordinator will lead the planning and delivery of early childhood programmes at our school in East Legon Hills. You will work closely with teachers to ensure a high‑quality learning environment that aligns with our curriculum standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate lesson planning and ensure consistency across classrooms.
- Monitor classroom instruction and support teacher development.
- Organise preschool programmes and coordinate assessments.
- Maintain curriculum alignment and oversee implementation of educational standards.
Required profile
- Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
