About the role
This full-time on‑site position at Risolvent Academy in Ashalaja, Greater Accra, involves teaching primary and junior high school students across various subjects.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement lesson plans.
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with staff and parents to support student development.
Required profile
- Proficiency in lesson planning and creation of teaching materials.
- Strong teaching and training abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with educational practices and standards.
- Diploma in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred.
- Certification or proven teaching experience.
- Knowledge of Asante Twi is advantageous.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
