Product Manager

About the role

You will translate customer needs, operational challenges, and business priorities into concrete product decisions that engineering and design teams can execute. The role demands structured thinking, strong communication, and a focus on measurable user and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Turn customer, market, and operating needs into clear product priorities.
• Maintain product roadmaps, requirements, release notes, and decision records.
• Coordinate design, engineering, and operations around measurable releases.
• Run feedback loops with users, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Track product outcomes and recommend the next most useful improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, communicate priorities, and coordinate cross‑functional work.
• Experience with product discovery, agile delivery, software products, or digital operations is an advantage.
• Relevant product certifications (e.g., PSPO, CSPO, Scrum, Product School, Google Project Management) are a plus.
