Product Support and Service Engineer - Screening Solutions

About the role

Sandvik is looking for a proactive Product Support & Service Engineer to deliver hands‑on technical support for its screening equipment and aftermarket parts across West Africa. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal performance, reliability and uptime of installed screening systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer training and technical support for all Sandvik screens and feeders supplied across West Africa.
• Collaborate with customers' installation and erection teams during equipment installation and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support maintenance activities.
• Drive aftermarket parts and service sales to maximize revenue.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and maximize equipment uptime.
• Promote Sandvik’s Screening Solutions portfolio throughout the region.

Required profile

• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong customer‑facing skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across West Africa.
• Experience in supporting mining or construction equipment.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of screening equipment and feeders.
• Experience with installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to conduct technical training for customers.
