Production Team Member

About the role

Yenique Prix Enterprise is seeking a full‑time Production Team Member to join its on‑site operations in Accra. You will play a key part in supporting production planning, managing daily workflows, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in production planning and scheduling to meet organizational targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflows and oversee daily operations on the shop floor.
• Implement and monitor quality‑control processes to maintain product standards.
• Support the training of new team members and help maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve production goals and uphold company values.

Required profile

• Experience in production planning and production management.
• Strong communication and training abilities to work effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of quality‑control processes and their practical application.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on‑site environment.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is an asset.
