Professional Driver – Sunyani, Ghana

About the role

Form Ghana Ltd is seeking a disciplined and professional driver to support daily operations at its head office in Sunyani. The driver will ensure safe, reliable transport for staff, expatriate visitors and authorised personnel while maintaining vehicle standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in full compliance with traffic laws and internal driving policies.
• Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, report any faults and assist with minor maintenance.
• Keep vehicles clean and presentable at all times.
• Transport staff and visitors punctually, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate logbooks, trip records and fuel usage reports.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Valid Class C driver’s licence.
• Minimum Senior High School (SHS) certificate.
• Resident of Sunyani with a valid NHIS card, Ghana Card and SSNIT number.
• Physically and mentally fit, good eyesight and depth perception.
• Dependable, responsible and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Safe, defensive driving and thorough knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Familiarity with local roads and navigation in the Bono region.
• Basic vehicle inspection and routine maintenance abilities.
• Accurate record‑keeping of trips and vehicle logs.
