Professor – Business School (Various Departments)

About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for a full‑time Professor position within its Business School. The appointment may be in any of the following departments: Management and Human Resources, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Candidates should indicate the desired department in the application title.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the selected business discipline.
• Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations.
• Conduct high‑quality research and publish in recognized academic journals.
• Engage in community service and professional outreach activities.
• Contribute to faculty development, curriculum design, and departmental governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant field of specialization.
• Current appointment as Professor at a recognized university, or an Associate Professor with at least three years at that rank and a minimum of fifteen peer‑reviewed publications.
• Three referees with full contact details.
