About the role
The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for a Professor position within its Business School. The role spans multiple departments, including Management & HR, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, and Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality teaching and supervise students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Conduct and publish research in reputable journals.
- Provide community service and engage in faculty development activities.
- Contribute to the academic governance of the Business School.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
- Current appointment as Professor at a recognized university, or an Associate Professor with at least three years of experience and a minimum of fifteen publications in recognized journals.
- Three professional referees.
