Project Controls Lead – Scheduling & Reporting

About the role

The Scheduling, Reporting & Project Controls Lead will integrate schedule, cost and scope data to deliver performance analysis, reporting and forecasting for management and clients. The role drives disciplined project controls and reporting practices across all projects, supporting decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage project control systems and key performance indicators.
• Track and analyse project progress, cost performance and trends.
• Prepare detailed management and client reports.
• Support change management, risk analysis and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate planning and reporting interfaces between engineering, construction and other disciplines.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Project Management.
• 7–10 years of experience in project controls within EPC or mining industries.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent understanding of earned value management and cost control principles.
• Sound knowledge of engineering, construction and HSE standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to work on project sites in Ghana and West Africa.
