Project Director (m/f/d)

About the role

As Project Director you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the production operations of the Casais Group. You will ensure internal and external client satisfaction by meeting deadlines, complying with legislation, quality and safety standards, and optimizing costs through effective allocation of financial, human, technical and material resources.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical, financial and human strategies together with the Production Director.
• Promote alignment and partnership across all teams under your responsibility and explore business development opportunities.
• Oversee all project phases, manage client expectations, handle complaints and change orders, and protect company interests.
• Analyze construction projects, propose industrialisation solutions, and reduce schedules through well‑defined, automated processes.
• Ensure process optimisation, best‑practice sharing and standardisation across teams.
• Maintain continuous dialogue with the Owner regarding contract compliance, negotiate project or work‑plan changes.
• Guarantee economic profitability and timely completion of projects.
• Implement environmental, quality and safety plans in line with legal and internal standards.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities in real‑estate, conduct feasibility studies, and manage all phases from conception to commercialisation.
• Control and report project costs and revenues, and liaise with public and private entities for licensing and operation.

Required profile

• Higher education in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong command of English.
• More than 7 years of experience in a similar senior role.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
