Project Manager – Field Support Services Project (FSSP)

About the role

Trigon Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Field Support Services Project (FSSP) in Ghana. The role involves overseeing all project activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans, defining deliverables, milestones, and responsibilities.
• Establish project priorities, work schedules, performance objectives, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and emerging issues.
• Coordinate activities of project personnel, technical specialists, subcontractors, consultants, and other support providers.
• Monitor project performance and progress, ensuring timely completion of activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, government counterparts, development partners, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum six years (72 months) of experience managing complex international development projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in developing‑country environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, and international donors.
• Senior‑level professional with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
