Project Manager

About the role

Sidan Associates & Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across the Accra and Tema region. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor project delivery performance (time, cost, quality, HSE, client satisfaction).
• Establish project governance, including kickoff meetings, reporting cadence, decision logs, risk registers and change control processes.
• Maintain complete and controlled project documentation such as drawings, approvals, RFIs, method statements and inspection records.
• Supervise site engineers and foremen, monitor daily site activities, productivity and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Track project schedules, enforce quality standards, and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with commercial and procurement teams on material procurement and cost controls.
• Identify and report cost or schedule risks early, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in site or project supervision within the construction sector.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources efficiently and communicate effectively with clients and consultants.
