Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Project Manager to lead multiple projects across construction, procurement, and business operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close‑out.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor performance, implement corrective actions and manage risks and issues.
• Prepare regular project reports, dashboards and executive updates.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health‑safety‑environment (HSE) and regulatory requirements.
• Develop procurement plans, manage tendering, vendor evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, government agencies and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of project management experience, preferably in construction, procurement or business operations.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and balance competing priorities.
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory compliance.
