Project Sales Manager - Oil & Gas, Mining & Energy

About the role

Hytera is looking for a Project Sales Manager based in the Accra and Tema region. The role focuses on direct sales development in vertical industries such as oil and gas, mining and energy, building relationships with clients and managing project proposals and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales directly in vertical industries including oil and gas, mining and energy sectors.
• Maintain client relationships and satisfaction, understanding client operational pain points and tailoring value propositions to industry-specific challenges.
• Deliver product demonstrations and business case presentations.
• Build relationships across all levels of client organisations, from frontline users and technical evaluators to C-suite decision-makers and budget owners.
• Analyse contracts and billing for accuracy and completeness, submit bills promptly and follow up on issues.
• Coordinate with presales, delivery, legal and finance teams on solution design, proposal preparation and post-sale client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with strong client sources or relationships in oil and gas, mining or energy, and familiarity with project operations and bidding procedures.
• Experience in the two-way radio industry or familiarity with two-way radio solutions such as critical communication, command centre systems, CCTV and related products is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with a self-motivated, driven working style.
