About the role
The Medical Representative will drive sales performance and achieve assigned targets by promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across the Accra & Tema region.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular detailing visits to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals and clinics to communicate product benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales calls, orders and follow‑ups.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships and a network within the healthcare community.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sciences or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or regulated‑industry marketing.
- Willingness to travel within the territory.
