QA/QC Analyst – Construction Quality Assurance

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented QA/QC Analyst to ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and project specifications. You will work closely with project teams and subcontractors to maintain high‑quality execution on site.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Verify compliance with drawings, specifications and standards.
- Prepare quality reports, inspection records and related documentation.
- Identify, investigate and resolve quality issues.
- Coordinate quality activities with project teams and subcontractors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2‑3+ years of experience in construction QA/QC.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspections and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
