About the role
Jobberman is recruiting a QA/QC Officer for construction and real estate projects in Accra. The position reports to the Head of QA/QC and focuses on on-site quality control and inspection coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Implement effective QA/QC systems on site and coordinate inspections across trades
- Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and codes
- Maintain proper documentation, manage non-conformance reports and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with consultants, HSE teams and subcontractors on quality-related matters
- Take part in site audits and support approval processes for contractor payments
Required profile
- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of site QA/QC experience
