Radiographer – CT and MRI Imaging

About the role
Lapaz Community Hospital is seeking qualified Radiographers to join its imaging department in Accra. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic imaging using CT and MRI equipment, ensuring high‑quality images for patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct radiographic examinations, including CT scans and MRI studies, following clinical protocols.
- Prepare patients, position them correctly, and operate imaging equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Allied Health Professions Council standards and hospital safety procedures.
Required profile
- BSc or B‑Tech degree in Radiography.
- Minimum two years of professional experience as a radiographer.
- Proven experience with multiple imaging modalities such as CT and MRI.
- Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.
Required skills
- Operation of CT scanning equipment.
- Operation of MRI scanning equipment.
- General radiography techniques.
- Knowledge of imaging safety and infection control.
