React Native Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a React Native Engineer to join our Kumasi office. The role is central to delivering high‑quality mobile products that align with client needs and business objectives. As a senior member of the team, you will lead technical execution from architecture design through estimation and final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture for React Native projects.
• Provide accurate effort estimations and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and other developers to translate user stories into actionable tasks.
• Lead stand‑up meetings, communicate progress proactively, and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and coordinate testing efforts.

Required profile

• Several years of professional mobile development experience, preferably with React Native.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward feedback and issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as a key stakeholder in client engagements.
• Experience guiding junior developers and leading technical planning sessions.
