Real Estate Advisor – Residential Sales

About the role

The Real Estate Advisor will drive sales for residential developments within the Appolonia City project, supporting the Head of Sales and Marketing to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with buyers, providing product details such as price, size and location.
• Prospect, originate and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain knowledge of local and international property markets to guide client decisions.
• Assist in planning and coordinating open days, fairs, presentations and other lead‑generation initiatives.
• Develop relationships with agencies and brokerage houses to support the sales process.
• Perform administrative duties and attend seminars or trade‑show exhibitions for market intelligence.
• Host client presentations and expand the Appolonia client database.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and understand their business needs.
• Collect market data, produce monthly trend reports for Ghanaian markets, and handle any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate sales, marketing or business development.
• Proven experience in real‑estate development and sales.
• Extensive network within Ghanaian and international business circles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, marketing, business studies or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
