Real Estate Salesperson (Hybrid)

About the role

The Real Estate Salesperson will work full‑time in Accra, combining on‑site client engagement with remote work. You will identify and qualify buyers, sellers and tenants for residential and commercial properties, serving both local and foreign investors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and prepare listings for residential and commercial assets.
• Coordinate marketing activities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Guide clients through negotiations, documentation and closing processes.
• Monitor market trends and provide informed advice in collaboration with internal advisors and project managers.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, respond promptly to inquiries and represent the firm at meetings, site visits and networking events.

Required profile

• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation and closing real‑estate transactions.
• Active Real Estate License where required and solid knowledge of real‑estate principles.
• Excellent customer‑service abilities and capacity to build long‑term client relationships.
• Familiarity with the Ghanaian real‑estate market and interest in serving international clients.
• Relevant education in real estate, business, finance or a related field; prior sales or brokerage experience is advantageous.
