Recruitment Manager – Lead Talent Acquisition

About the role

Sunda International is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead its talent acquisition strategy across its fast‑growing operations in Ghana. You will be responsible for building high‑performing teams that support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business needs.
• Lead, mentor and develop the recruitment team to ensure high performance.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and deliver effective talent solutions.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking and employer branding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze data and continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies and diversity hiring goals.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding in collaboration with HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing sector, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven success in high‑volume hiring for both general workers and senior‑level positions.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and best hiring practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques.
