Recruitment Manager – Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to shape and execute our talent acquisition strategy. The role focuses on building a diverse pipeline through innovative multi‑channel sourcing and strong community partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable recruitment strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Create multi‑channel sourcing campaigns targeting job boards, social media, community outreach, educational institutions, and referral networks.
• Develop and nurture relationships with community leaders, schools, vocational centers, and professional associations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Track and analyze metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source‑of‑hire, and quality of hire to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and diversity hiring goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen the employer brand and enhance candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of building talent pipelines through community and educational partnerships.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
