Recruitment Specialist – Factory Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring for a factory environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding production workers, technicians, warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for factory positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, agencies, referrals, and local channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Organise walk‑in interviews, job fairs, and mass recruitment events.
• Ensure recruitment documentation is complete and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and build talent pipelines.
• Perform other recruitment‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or factory settings.
• Experience with blue‑collar or high‑volume hiring is a plus.
• Strong communication, interviewing and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
• Good command of written and spoken English; local language skills advantageous.
