Regional Manager

About the role

The Regional Manager will oversee a portfolio of branches, ensuring each location delivers a sustainable and profitable income statement and balance sheet while fostering a strong client‑focused culture. This senior position requires strategic leadership of people, processes, and systems across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop all available resources (people, processes, systems) within the branch portfolio.
• Drive profitability by monitoring income statements, balance sheets, and key performance indicators.
• Implement and reinforce a client‑centric culture across all branches.
• Lead sales and service initiatives to meet regional targets.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, risk management standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• First degree in Business or Commerce.
• 8‑10 years of experience in branch management, including full P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in managing sales, service delivery, and financial performance.
• Strong decision‑making and people‑leadership capabilities.
