Regional Market President (East Region)

About the role

Diverge Health is seeking a Regional Market President to lead its East Region. This senior leader will be the operational and strategic anchor for the region, overseeing profit and loss, team development, care quality, and key provider and payer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability for all East Region markets, meeting financial and operational targets.
• Partner with the COO and senior leadership to shape company‑wide market strategy.
• Identify and drive opportunities for market growth, efficiency, and geographic expansion.
• Lead a cross‑functional regional team covering care operations, practice partnerships, aggregator relations, market operations, and medical leadership.
• Develop senior and first‑line managers, building a strong leadership bench.
• Foster a high‑performance, culturally competent team culture.
• Define and manage the model for senior provider relationships across the region.
• Establish clear escalation protocols for executive‑level provider and payer engagement.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality care delivery across all geographies.

Required profile

• Proven multi‑market operator with experience building scalable infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and implement established operating models.
• Strong collaboration skills with central functional leaders.
• Track record of guiding large regions through change with steadiness and clarity.
