Regional Sales Manager – Accra, Central, Western, Ashanti & Upper East

About the role

e-Transactions Ghana Limited is building Ghana’s leading electronic voucher distribution and virtual top‑up platform. The Regional Sales Manager will lead the expansion of our distribution network across Accra, Central, Western, Ashanti and Upper East regions, driving sales of electronic airtime, mobile money and future e‑financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a distribution channel in the assigned regions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for airtime and related services.
• Gather market intelligence and provide recommendations on sales, marketing and business processes.
• Train channel partners on payment terminals, customer service and business procedures.
• Build a reseller network and identify high‑volume corporate accounts for airtime and bill payments.
• Manage the sales pipeline and coordinate resources needed to close deals.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Street‑wise, customer‑focused and comfortable working in the field.
• Previous experience in sales and distribution of refill cards is an advantage.
• Strong presentation abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, confident and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player who can achieve targets independently.
