About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily shop operations, manage staff and ensure excellent customer service in our retail locations.
Key responsibilities
- Shop management and oversight of daily operations
- Employee management and scheduling
- Customer service and reception duties
- Handling card, mobile money and cash payments
- Technical eye for detail to provide quality control
Required profile
- Punctual, reliable and professional attitude
- Strong customer service etiquette and ability to work under pressure
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Diploma qualification

What we offer
- Salary between GHC 2,000 and 3,000, negotiable
