Regional Sales Manager – Ashanti, Bono & Ahafo

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will drive growth and operational effectiveness of Telecel’s SME and SOHO sales initiatives across the Ashanti, Bono and Ahafo regions. The role leads teams across Mobile, Fixed Broadband and Fixed Voice & Data channels, aligning activities with business objectives and market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, manage and mentor sales teams, including High Value Account Managers, contractors and freelancers.
• Plan and execute sales strategies targeting SMEs, SOHOs, gated communities and commercial properties to meet business targets.
• Provide market, trade and competitive insights to senior management.
• Contribute to product development, proof‑of‑concept processes and go‑to‑market deployment.
• Report team performance to the Regional Head on a regular basis.
• Develop and implement indirect channel and route‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of mid‑management experience in telecom or IT‑related sales leadership.
• First degree in Telecommunications, Business Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven success in high‑value account sales and team leadership.
• Strong people management and ability to coordinate sales and marketing activations.
