Relationship Manager, Fintech

About the role

The Relationship Manager, Fintech will originate, develop and manage strategic relationships with fintech companies and digital financial service providers, driving revenue through investment banking products, balance‑sheet solutions and advisory mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with fintech firms, including payment service providers, digital lenders, insurtechs, neobanks and technology enablers.
• Identify and originate investment banking opportunities such as capital raising, M&A, strategic partnerships and structured finance.
• Coordinate internal product teams to structure and execute mandates, supporting due diligence, financial analysis and pitch preparation.
• Track fintech ecosystem developments, regulatory changes and funding trends to provide strategic advice to clients.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, KYC/AML requirements and work with risk, legal and compliance teams to manage transaction risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting or related field; professional qualifications (CFA, MBA, etc.) are a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking or financial coverage, preferably with fintech clients.
• Strong relationship‑management, stakeholder‑engagement and commercial negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of fintech business models, digital financial services and credit evaluation.
