Relationship Officer

About the role

The Relationship Officer will work on‑site in Accra to build and nurture strong connections with students, families, partner institutions and other key stakeholders. This full‑time position focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service, guiding prospects through Enlace’s mentorship, scholarship and educational tour programmes, and supporting the overall enrollment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective and current clients, clearly explaining programme offerings and enrollment processes.
• Respond to inquiries, provide timely support, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track relationship and enrollment data.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand Enlace’s reach.
• Support outreach events, information sessions and promotional activities.
• Contribute to sales targets by prospecting and consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions.

Required profile

• Strong business relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Foundational finance knowledge to discuss payment options, scholarships and basic budgeting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience with empathy and problem‑solving.
• Demonstrated sales capability, meeting or exceeding enrollment/revenue targets.
• WASSCE, a Diploma in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra and manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
• Experience in education services, youth programmes or community outreach is an advantage.
