About the role

RecXchange is looking for independent recruiters to join its global platform. You will work remotely, sourcing and matching candidates to real client roles, and earn a commission when a placement is made.

Key responsibilities

• Search for, upload, and evaluate candidate profiles.
• Select appropriate client vacancies from the platform.
• Use the built‑in AI matching tools to pair candidates with jobs quickly.
• Collaborate with other recruiters when desired, or work solo.
• Earn $3,000‑$11,000 for each candidate you place successfully.

Required profile

• Motivation to work independently with full flexibility.
• Strong interest in recruitment, even without prior experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with candidates and clients.
