Revenue Growth Manager - WAC Region

About the role

ECCBC is hiring a Revenue Growth Manager to lead the revenue growth management agenda across its West and Central Africa (WAC) Business Unit. The role sits in Accra and involves shaping pricing, affordability and portfolio strategies across several markets, with travel of up to 50%.

Key responsibilities

• Shape pricing, affordability and portfolio strategies across multiple markets
• Optimise Brand, Pack, Price, Channel and Promotional architecture
• Identify opportunities to accelerate volume, revenue and contribution margin growth
• Strengthen promotion effectiveness and commercial investment ROI
• Turn consumer, shopper, customer and financial insights into clear business recommendations
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Strategy and Data teams

Required profile

• 5-8 years of relevant FMCG or commercial experience
• Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Category Management, Commercial Strategy or Business Analytics
• Strong understanding of FMCG economics and commercial value creation
• Experience working across multiple markets or diverse commercial environments
• Fluency in English; French, Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or related analytical tools
