RTM Coordinator - Import & Hybrid Markets

About the role

The company is looking for a proactive, commercially minded and execution-focused RTM Coordinator to support the rollout of Route-to-Market and Omnichannel initiatives across Import and Hybrid markets in the WAC region. The role sits at the heart of commercial transformation, working with teams across several countries.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of RTM and Omnichannel initiatives and coordinate digital channels such as eB2B platforms, telesales, WhatsApp ordering, marketplaces, CRM and SFA tools, ensuring they integrate with field sales and distributors.
• Partner with Commercial, Field Sales, Operations, BTS, distributors and vendors, support governance and action tracking, and gather market insights.
• Track RTM and Omnichannel KPIs, prepare dashboards and reports, identify performance gaps and support corrective actions.
• Support onboarding and training, coordinate activations, promotions and loyalty initiatives, and collect feedback to improve adoption.
• Support daily operations of the platforms, follow up on service quality and data accuracy, and escalate risks and blockers.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial, route-to-market, sales operations, CRM/SFA, omnichannel or digital commercial roles.
• FMCG or consumer goods experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of distributor-based business models and field sales execution.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent English; French, Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage.
